Returns

1. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Custom or personalised items, original artworks, and digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
3. How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact us at emmaloizides@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
